From the Dean's desk

        Training in surgical specialties, particularly the operative skills has become important complex task involving training, ethical issues and patient factors. Theoretical knowledge can take you only so far when it comes to learning new surgical techniques or how to use certain medical devices.

                                      The skill lab is to enhance patient safety by providing a simulated environment where students can learn and advance their technical skills prior to performing procedures on a patient. It also serves as a training field for surgeons to master some challenges in operation room. 

                                           ESIC Surgical Skills Center is dedicated to providing students with the hands-on experience they need to apply what they're learning in our courses. The end result is transforming doubts into certainties and applying this  acquired knowledge in daily professional settings.
